House Points Tally {CLOSED}

The leaders of the island begin to tally up the points, to see which group would reign supreme that week. It was a practice that came into play years ago on the island, in order to promote peace and cooperation among those living on it. With so many different people coming from other worlds, it was vital that they track who was the best for one month. It was like a game, that would prevent attacks between groups, usually. The tallies were tracked with shining sand found on the island, and poured into large tubes. Almost like the tubes a group decided to make. Said it was an idea that came from their magic school or whatever. Either way, it worked.

The rocks were poured, the matching colors being put together, the height of the stones marking the total points gathered.
The Myths are Dark Vermillion.
The Legends are Blood Red.
The Heroes are Emerald.
The Futurama are Avocado.
The Coconuts are Marine Blue.
The Gods are Ocean Mist.

The sand grew in height, one group lead the lead, another fell behind, another right behind the current first place. Nervous eyes watched. The sand was done pouring. The winning group rejoiced. They got the rewards that week. Extra rations, rare creatures, and discounts at the shops and the inns. The losers pouted, but nodded their heads at each other. Next time for sure. They had all month, after this week, to work harder to gain their turn in the circle of winners. The game was afoot.

It is vital you post all your threads in a reply to this with links. If you can count up your total number of post, that would be great.
You can post in your OOC account as long as you tell us what group your listed characters belong to.
You can post in your separate IC accounts if you want.
Or you can post everything in one account, as long as you tell us which threads belong to which character and to which group.
Be sure to link staff to your advertisement post so we can tally up even more points for your house.

If any rules on the site have been broken, a member flagged, or advertisements/affiliates/recruits gone wrong, points can and will be deducted.

Again: Post here with links to all your IC character threads. Count up your total number of post if you like, or leave it to staff. Points will be tallied.
OOC games and other things do not count.
The weekly/monthly newspaper, if replied to in IC, does count. Link us to that as well.

Until it is time to tally points, this thread will be locked. You will be notified by staff when the time comes to tally points again.

REMEMBER
Prizes can only go to the house that won.
Example:
You have a character in Coconuts and one in Legends.
Coconut House wins this time.
You can only give IC prizes (anything that can be given to characters like creatures or power boost) to your Coconut House character. NOT THE LEGEND.
Prizes that are OOC, like permission to create a God is permission for a new character in a new house.

If you are caught trying to give one of the IC prizes to a character that is NOT in the winning house, then the prize will be nullified for you and taken away.

I edit all the post, including my own, to tally up every single point EVEN IF YOU ALREADY DID IT (because more post may have been made). I did not remove any threads or anything, I just counted the points total to help me make sure which group actually won~. SOMETIMES there will be notes in the edit, with {DEW SAYS:} added on. No one is ever in trouble with those.

Only active members can obtain points. If you are inactive until your group wins, then decide to come back for the benefits, you will not be allowed to claim any prizes.
Only exception is a Farewell.

Posting: +1 point.
--Getting flagged in a thread for breaking rules or other offenses: -1 point.
--Multiple warnings in one thread: -3 points.
--Trying to link staff to an OOC game (any game in the Out of this World section, IC or not): -1 point.

Participating in events: +x points (points depend on event).
--Breaking event rules: -x points.
--Breaking normal posting rules: -1 point.

Advertisement: +1 point.
--Without proof: -1 point.
--Breaking advert rules of other sites: -2 points.
--Breaking any of our challenge rules; -5 points.

Affiliate: +3 points (after both sites have button up).
--Not asked staff permission and approval: -3 points.
--Trying to aff with above PG-13 site: -5 points.
--Not respecting other site aff rules: -10 points.

Recruiting: +5 points (after they meet criteria fond in challenge thread)
--Faking a new member (pretending to be someone else): -15 points.
--The member going inactive right after they meet criteria: -5 points. (this does not count if they go inactive after being active for a few weeks. They just can't go inactive right after they meet the criteria).


Breaking any site rules can result in point deduction as well as punishment on your account and/or characters. So be sure to follow the rules! We are a really laid back site, but we can't be too lax on our rules. Besides, our rules are pretty straight-forward and easy to follow, so this shouldn't be a problem~!
I highly doubt anyone will break any rules anyway, but there ya go! Those are the punishments that can occur.

Rewards can change every month! Just keep that in mind. Below is a list of rewards can might be handed out. Each time we tally up the points and the winner is announced, three prizes will be announced with that. Prizes can be removed, added, or changed. If you have an idea for a prize, PM staff or go to suggestions~!

i. Obtain any one creature (low to high power).

ii. Obtain any one creature (all creatures, including special release).

iii. Skip the 10-post wait for a new character (automatically be able to create a new character).

iv. The rights of the Gods (be able to create ONE God character).

v. High power level for a week (able to remain in high power for a week).
